A huge part of Cafe Alma is our desire to act as an incubator to local entrepreneurs  interested in having their own food business or restaurant. Guest chef evenings allow us to showcase the incredible talents of our community and city and give you the opportunity to try something new. Everything is prepared in our kitchen using the same health standards that we strictly enforce- we just allow the aspiring chef to dictate the menu!
